This last weekend we had a beautiful day and we spent it outside with all of the kids. We had 6 kids (Karissa, Kristi, Shaleigh, Joseph, Haleigh, and J.W.) that ran around the back in short sleeves having the time of their lives. Dan and Junior worked on our back fence that we torn down in November. Slowly it is coming back up and I'm excited to see this.

So with the adults sitting in the backyard we sat and watched the kids run between the fort, dirt pile, trampoline, and the sandbox. We even got out the jeep and trikes for them to ride. Just wanted to share a bunch friends sitting around playing and visiting.

It is so interesting to see how easily friendship forms between families. Kristie rocked Joseph asleep and Betsy and I sat outside and had a good visit that we had not had in years. I enjoyed out precious day in the sun......today (Tuesday) we have snow on the ground. Only in west Texas.
